Staff profiles

 

General Manager - Paul Ruchs

Paul has had two stints with Pivot and Incitec Pivot totalling 9 years servicing the Upper and South East areas. Of that time he was based in Keith for 6 years. He has also spent three years managing three stores for Farmtec IAMA throughout the Mallee.

Paul is married to Kristy and has built a new house on the outskirts of Keith. They have two children Lachlan aged 4 and Ella who is 2.

Both Paul and Kristy have been born and bred in the country – Paul at Geranium near Lameroo and Kristy at Coomandook in the Upper South East.

 

 

 

Store Manager - Damien Little

 

Damien has in the past had positions with Farmers Centre in the spare parts area, Foreman for Peter Gaskell Fencing and also as Greenskeeper for the Keith Golf Club.

Damien and his wife Jodie with their 2 children India and Max have lived in Keith all their married life and are well known for their involvement in the Keith community.

Damien is well known for his excellent customer service skills and knowledge of the local area. Damien will be able to help you with your animal health or general merchandise requirements and will be based in the Keith office along with Amanda Kroehn, Paul Ruchs and Sue Stephens.

 

Agronomist - Amanda Kroehn

Amanda Kroehn started with Agri-Services SA on the 31st of March 2008 in the Sales Agronomy role based at Keith. Amanda her husband and family have a property located between Bordertown and Keith. Amanda grew up at Angaston and completed a Bachelor of Science (Agricultural Science) at the University of Adelaide in 2006.While at University Amanda was involved in Precision farming systems including GPA and variable rate technologies.

Since that time she has worked at Seed Technology and Marketing Pty Ltd as a Grower Services Representative located at Bordertown. Her role as Growers Services Representative required the maintenance and growth of business relationships with growers, marketing of key products, pasture agronomy and related administration work and record keeping.

Amanda’s interests include horse riding and playing the piano and working on the family farm.

   

Fertiliser Manager - Colin Webb

Colin Webb has been with CRT and Agri Services SA for over 10 years, and has been based at our Tintinara store for a majority of those years., but has recently been appointed Fertiliser Manager at Keith.

Colin has lived in district for all of 50 years, including 30 years of farming, and with his wife Beverly has raised his 2 children.

Having been in the area for such a long time, he has seen the business grow to 3 stores, and has seen many changes in technology and farming throughout that time. He has been around the district for long enough he has a few stories to tell!

 

Finance Manager - Kirsty Bagshaw

Kirsty has worked with J & J Cunningham Pty Ltd now trading as Agri Services SA Pty Ltd over the last 15 years, making her the longest serving employee of our business besides her parents, Jim and Jacki. Initially on a casual basis as required, originally Kirsty often worked at the Tintinara store, but more recently 18 months at Cooke Plains, and now generally from home office utilising internet technology to perform daily data entry of Accounts Payable and maintenance of POS system (though some days you’ll still see her at our Tintinara store).

Kirsty, her husband Michael, and two girls, Lauren and Tessa, lived at Malinong on his parents farm until 2002 (cropping), they have now settled in Meningie. Kirsty and Michael are shareholders of the new entity Agri Services SA Pty Ltd. Kirsty’s main sport played is still netball, and some tennis; she is an active community member.
